When I had my first knee done, I was still working, I would sit at my desk, with my chair raised up so my foot did not sit on the floor, and swing my leg back and forth. My doctor was impressed with my knee bends. I have full bend on that knee. Now for the other one, ten hears older….81, pray for me.

How to avoid burn out stop working your employees to the bone hire enough staff to give people atleast 2 days off a week. I been working 3 Jobs and college since covid and I have finally begun hitting burn out I use to love my job now I hate it bc I been pulling 80 hours weekly for 2 years now that's 160 hours of work on top of school and other jobs.
